I recently had my Highlander serviced at Copeland, and unfortunately, the hood was scratched while my vehicle was there. I didn’t notice the damage until I arrived home, so I called Copeland right away to let them know. They immediately offered to review the security footage to look into what happened. I have to say, thank God for Daniel Camara, the Service Manager. Daniel was incredibly caring, professional, and helpful throughout the entire situation. He took great care of my vehicle and went above and beyond by offering me a rental car and Uber transportation while everything was being handled. It’s not often that you come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes responsibility for making things right. Daniel’s professionalism and kindness made a difficult situation much easier. Thank you, Daniel, for taking such great care of me and my Highlander! We have been happy with our purchase of a new car, and I recently got a nail in my tire, So I was stuck having to get that checked out. Got my nails done in the new salon during waiting and she was amazing, this might be the best idea ever. Something to look forward to while having to deal with wait times. Good job all around!

My experience purchasing a car with "Sales Consultant "Merlyne was absolutely great! Merlyne is a very professional, pleasant and great person to do business with! My husband and I walked inside the dealership. Merlyne greeted us with a big smile and positive energy! I was going to purchase a pre-owned car however she suggested that I get a beautiful 2026 Toyota Corolla due to all the good perks that come along with a new vehicle. I highly recommend Copeland Toyota in Brockton to anyone that is looking for a good transparent dealership! Also, Carleen in the Finance Department was amazing to work with. She explained everything in detail regarding our purchase!

Copeland Toyota goes above and beyond for their customers. I was looking for a very specific car and after calling I was able to speak with Jaqueline to get a deal going, she actively listened and was very responsive with follow up. When I went in person I did a test drive with Youssef who was very personable and professional. The MVP of the day was Joe. Joe was respectful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. We left having purchased our car quicker than any other car we’ve purchased. I couldn’t take the car same day (to no fault of Toyota, I didn’t have my insurance lined up correctly) they offered to courier it to Boston where we live. I’m shocked at how smoothly this experience went and it made buying a car fun again!
