I had a good experience buying my car from Copeland Toyota. Luis was a good salesman - responsive but not pushy. They offered me a good price for the car and a fair price for my trade-in. Like all dealers, they try to upsell you the extended warranty, but with a Toyota, I didn't feel the need to buy it. That was the only uncomfortable moment in an otherwise good experience. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay.

Copeland is always a great experience, we have nothing but praise for the professionalism and courtesy they give the customer. The dealership is progressive and well run and they want the customer to love their purchase. I have now bought two Tacoma's here at Copeland, one certified pre-owned, and now a 2024 TRD Sport, both experiences have been great and the service is top notch. Buying cars is stressful, but it can be less stressful at Copeland. I worked with Carlos Baptista, he is a hard worker and a good kid :)

Making my appointment was easy and the service writer asked a lot of questions to maker sure he understood what my car needed. The work was done promptly and then reviewed with me to address any further concerns. I was very pleased.
