My recent visit to the Service dept, was phenomenal. Best quality service by David MacCormick and Adam Bozza, they were very attentive and went above and beyond for a diagnosis. Thank you for the exceptional customer service that was given to me.

We had an amazing experience there. Everyone was very sweet and helpful. We will definitely go there again! This place is great. 😊

I recently had my Highlander serviced at Copeland, and unfortunately, the hood was scratched while my vehicle was there. I didn’t notice the damage until I arrived home, so I called Copeland right away to let them know. They immediately offered to review the security footage to look into what happened. I have to say, thank God for Daniel Camara, the Service Manager. Daniel was incredibly caring, professional, and helpful throughout the entire situation. He took great care of my vehicle and went above and beyond by offering me a rental car and Uber transportation while everything was being handled. It’s not often that you come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers and takes responsibility for making things right. Daniel’s professionalism and kindness made a difficult situation much easier. Thank you, Daniel, for taking such great care of me and my Highlander! You are the reason I feel comfortable coming back to Copeland again. Wishing you all the best—you are truly an asset to the dealership!

I had such a great experience here! Everyone was so kind, communicative, and organized throughout the whole process. Buying a car has been really stressful, but they made everything so much easier for me and were always willing to answer my questions. There was no hassle or schemes, just honest communication, a great deal, and an even better car. I’m genuinely so happy with my experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

I can’t recommend DeAndre Sims and Anne-Marie enough. DeAndre was my sales rep and truly went above and beyond from start to finish. He made sure I was taken care of, stayed on top of everything, and showed the kind of customer service that’s hard to find nowadays. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Anne-Marie in Service. She was incredible to work with and did everything she could to make sure I was taken care of and that everything was handled properly. She was helpful, attentive, and made me feel like my concerns actually mattered. DeAndre and Anne-Marie are the type of people who make you want to come back and do business with a company again. If you’re looking for someone who will actually take care of you, I HIGHLY recommend asking for DeAndre, and if you ever need help from Service, Anne-Marie is the person you want. Both of them deserve recognition for the level of service they provided. 10/10 experience!

We have been happy with our purchase of a new car, and I recently got a nail in my tire, So I was stuck having to get that checked out. Got my nails done in the new salon during waiting and she was amazing, this might be the best idea ever. Something to look forward to while having to deal with wait times. Good job all around!

Great sales service and total honesty

My experience purchasing a car with "Sales Consultant "Merlyne was absolutely great! Merlyne is a very professional, pleasant and great person to do business with! My husband and I walked inside the dealership. Merlyne greeted us with a big smile and positive energy! I was going to purchase a pre-owned car however she suggested that I get a beautiful 2026 Toyota Corolla due to all the good perks that come along with a new vehicle. I highly recommend Copeland Toyota in Brockton to anyone that is looking for a good transparent dealership! Also, Carleen in the Finance Department was amazing to work with. She explained everything in detail regarding our purchase!

Great prices still exist with this dealerships.

Copeland Toyota goes above and beyond for their customers. I was looking for a very specific car and after calling I was able to speak with Jaqueline to get a deal going, she actively listened and was very responsive with follow up. When I went in person I did a test drive with Youssef who was very personable and professional. The MVP of the day was Joe. Joe was respectful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. We left having purchased our car quicker than any other car we’ve purchased. I couldn’t take the car same day (to no fault of Toyota, I didn’t have my insurance lined up correctly) they offered to courier it to Boston where we live. I’m shocked at how smoothly this experience went and it made buying a car fun again! Thank you Joe and team, I would recommend friends and family to visit Copeland Toyota when they are in the market for a new car.

Brett was awesome! Truly a joy to work with.

awesome doesn't say enough!

I get my RAV4 Hybrid serviced with Adam as my service advisor. He was very responsive & understanding. I would recommend him as your service advisor!

Work was done efficiently and thoroughly. I appreciated the inspection and low pressure recommendations for additional work. The staff went above and beyond when I returned for a non-appointment related issue.

I have always had a good experience with Copland Toyota.. If you’re looking to buy a car, I would definitely contact Brett Ellis @Copland. He is always there to answer my questions and help me with anything I need.

I had a great experience here. Dre went above and beyond during the entire process. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and very down to earth. He made the process quick and smooth. Highly recommend asking for Dre at this dealership.

The service was excellent and fast.

I was going back to Copeland Toyota in Brockton, MA, as a repeat customer was once again a pleasure. I met with Joe Codeiro a Sales Manager whom I’VE dealt with well over 15 years. He has helped our family purchase vehicles over the past years. Joe introduced me to Brett Ellis a salesman there. I explained exactly what I was looking for. They did some searching and found a beautiful 2026 GRAND HIGHLANDER XLE HYBRID. They looked at my 2019 TOYOTA 4Runner with 60,000 and evaluated its turn in value. They gave me a great offer. It was wonderful to not have to go through the bartering process. Thank you so much. I know Copeland Toyota from over the years is known for exceptional customer service. They have a knowledgeable staff and you feel confident dealing with them. Customers appreciate the friendly atmosphere, their professional thoroughness, and the detailed explanations provided for servicing visits. Thank you again Rick S.
