Copeland Toyota goes above and beyond for their customers. I was looking for a very specific car and after calling I was able to speak with Jaqueline to get a deal going, she actively listened and was very responsive with follow up. When I went in person I did a test drive with Youssef who was very personable and professional. The MVP of the day was Joe. Joe was respectful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. We left having purchased our car quicker than any other car we’ve purchased. I couldn’t take the car same day (to no fault of Toyota, I didn’t have my insurance lined up correctly) they offered to courier it to Boston where we live. I’m shocked at how smoothly this experience went and it made buying a car fun again! I was introduced through a colleague and had been considering a Toyota 4Runner for its versatility, especially with our lifestyle, kayaking and surfing in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, and traveling with our dog.
